The things players ask before their first booking.

When is my court actually mine?

We hold it the moment you pick your time. It is confirmed once we have checked your payment, and you get an email either way.

Can someone take the slot I picked?

No. A held slot comes off the board for everyone else straight away, even if two people tap it at the same second.

How do I pay?

Bank transfer. Upload your receipt and we confirm your booking once we have checked it.

Do I need an account?

No. Book as a guest and we email you a link to your reservation. Sign in if you would rather keep them all in one place.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time before you send your receipt. After that, message us and we will sort it out.

Can I move a booking to another time?

Yes, while it is unpaid — pick a new time and we reprice it from the current rate card. Once you have sent a receipt, message us so any price difference is handled under the venue's policy.

The time I want is taken. Can I be told if it frees up?

Yes. Tap a slot marked on hold or reserved and we will email you once if it opens. Nothing is held for you — whoever books it first gets it.

Can I book the same hour every week?

Yes. Pick your time, choose how many weeks, and we show you which of those weeks are free before anything is held.
