Your data
Seeing it, and getting rid of it.
What you can ask for, how to ask, and how long we take.
You never have to explain why. None of these requests need a reason, and asking for one is not a condition of us acting on it. We also do not charge for them.
1 What you can ask for
| Right | How | How long we take |
|---|---|---|
| See what we hold | Open your reservation link. It shows everything attached to that booking: what you gave us, what you booked, what you owe, and where the payment got to. | Immediate |
| Get a copy to take elsewhere | Ask us and we will send your records in a machine-readable file. | Within 30 days |
| Correct something wrong | Tell us what is wrong. A misspelled name or a wrong number is changed on the spot. | Usually the same day |
| Have it erased | Ask us. Your name, email and phone number are erased and the booking becomes an anonymous row — the court and the hour stay for the venue's own counting, with nobody attached. | Within 30 days |
| Object, or ask us to stop | Tell us what you object to. We stop unless we can show a reason that outweighs it, and we explain that reason. | Within 30 days |
| Withdraw a cookie choice | Change it on the cookie page. It takes one button and no request. | Immediate |
2 Seeing your booking right now
A guest booking needs no account and no request: the link emailed to you carries a code that opens the reservation. Everything we hold about that booking is on that page.
Open a reservation with its reference and manage code. Signed in, your reservations are on your account page.
3 How to make a request
Write to us with your booking reference — that is how we know a request is yours. Where a request would reveal one person’s details to another, we ask for more proof before acting, and we say what we need.
Privacy contact: Not published yet — the venue is confirming a monitored mailbox
Postal address: Not published yet — the venue is confirming a postal address
4 What we cannot erase
Erasure removes you from the record; it does not unmake the record. A booking that money moved through leaves an anonymous row, because the venue has to be able to account for its own takings. A record of a staff decision keeps who decided, because a decision nobody can be held to is not a decision.
Neither of those keeps your name, your email address, or your phone number.
5 If we get it wrong
Tell us first — we would rather fix it than argue about it. You can also complain to a regulator without telling us: the National Privacy Commission in the Philippines, or your own supervisory authority if you are in the UK or the EU.
