What we do with your details.
Written to describe what this booking system actually does, rather than to cover every possibility.
Two things are still missing. A postal address for data-protection correspondence, and how long each kind of record is kept. Both are the venue’s decisions, and neither is invented here. Where they belong, this page says so.
1 Who holds your details
Purple Rally operates the courts at Fordham Tower, East Bay Residences, Sucat, Muntinlupa, Metro Manila, Philippines, and decides why and how your details are used.

2 What we collect, and why

We do not ask for your date of birth, your address, or any payment card number. Card details never reach this system: payment is a bank transfer you make yourself, and we see only the receipt you choose to upload.
3 Who else sees it
Three companies process data on our instructions, and nobody else:
- Supabase — the database, sign-in, and the private storage that holds payment receipts. Hosted in the Asia Pacific (Mumbai) region, so your details leave the Philippines to be stored.
- Vercel — runs the website itself and serves the pages you are reading.
- Resend — delivers the emails about your booking.
We do not sell your details, and we do not send them to advertisers. There is no advertising or analytics tracking on this site.
4 How it is protected
- Payment receipts sit in a private bucket. They are never public: each view is a separate short-lived link, issued only to you or to the staff member reviewing your payment.
- Your reservation link carries a secret code. Only its fingerprint is stored, so the database cannot be read to recover a working link.
- Staff access is limited by role. A payment reviewer can see receipts and nothing else; every grant and every decision is recorded.
- The database applies its own row-level rules on top of the application, so a mistake in one layer is not a way through both.
5 How long we keep it
A booking record is kept while it is live and for a period afterwards, then the personal details attached to it are erased and the booking itself becomes an anonymous row — the court and the hour survive for the venue’s own counting, without you attached to them.

Until those periods are published, we do not delete on a schedule. You can still ask us to erase your details at any time.
6 What you can ask for
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it, or object to how we use it. You never have to explain why.

If you are in the Philippines you may also complain to the National Privacy Commission. If you are in the UK or the EU, you may complain to your own supervisory authority.
7 Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. What it does store is listed on the cookie page, which is short, because the list is short.
8 Changes
This notice is versioned. The version you accepted is recorded with your booking, so editing this page cannot change what you agreed to at the time. Material changes will be shown before your next booking.
