Booking a court here.
What you are agreeing to when you reserve, and what we owe you in return.
Two things are still the venue’s to decide. The refund position once a receipt has been sent, and which courts hear a dispute. Neither is invented here; where they belong, this page says so.
1 Who you are booking with

You can book as a guest or with an account. Either way these terms apply, and the version you accepted is recorded with your reservation.
2 How a booking is made
Booking happens in three steps, and only the last one is a confirmed reservation:
- Held. You pick a court and an hour, and we hold it for ten minutes while you pay. A held slot is off the board for everyone else immediately — even if two people tap it in the same second, the database only lets one through.
- Under review. You transfer the money and upload your receipt. Your court time stays held while a staff member checks it.
- Confirmed. A staff member accepts the receipt and we email you. Until that email, the court is not yet yours.
If the ten minutes pass without a receipt, the hold lapses and the court time goes back on the board. Nothing is charged, and you can start again.
3 Prices and payment
Court time is priced per hour by the time of day, from ₱550 an hour. There is no booking fee and no membership. The price you are asked for is the price the server calculated for the slots you selected — including any promotional code — and it is shown before you confirm.
Payment is by bank transfer, which you make yourself, and you upload the receipt. We never take a card number and never store one. A receipt that does not match the amount due may be declined, and we will tell you why so you can send another.
4 Changing or cancelling
You can cancel a reservation yourself, from your reservation link, at any point before you send a receipt. The court time is released immediately and nothing is owed.
Once you have sent a receipt, cancelling goes through the venue, because money has moved. Refund position in that case: Not published yet — the venue is setting its refund position
To move a booking to another time, cancel it and book the new slot. We do not reschedule in place, because that would silently take a court from somebody else.
5 Using the courts
- An hour means the whole court, for the hour you booked, for up to six players.
- Turn up on time. A hold on the court does not extend because you were late.
- Play safely and leave the court as you found it.
- Staff may end a session that puts other players or the facility at risk. Where we do that without cause on your part, you get your money back.
6 When we cannot give you the court
If we cancel your confirmed booking — maintenance, weather, a closure, or our own error — you choose between another slot and a full refund. That is not conditional on anything.
7 Your reservation links
Every reservation has two links, and they are not the same thing. Your private link carries a code that lets you upload a receipt and cancel, so keep it to yourself. The share link and its QR code show the court and the hour only — safe to send to whoever you are playing with, and useless for changing anything.
Anyone holding your private link can act on your booking. If you send it to somebody by mistake, tell us.
8 Accounts
An account is optional and exists to keep your reservations in one place. Keep your sign-in to yourself; tell us if you think somebody else has it. We may suspend an account being used to disrupt the venue or other players, and we will say why.
9 Your details
What we collect and what you can ask for is set out in the privacy notice. In short: your name, your contact details, what you booked, and the receipt you upload — held to run the booking, and never sold.
10 Limits
We run the courts and this booking system with reasonable care, but we do not promise the site is never unavailable. Where we are at fault, what we owe you is capped at what you paid for the booking concerned. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud — those cannot be limited and are not.
11 Changes and disputes
These terms are versioned. The version you accepted is recorded with your reservation, so an edit here never changes a booking already made.
Talk to us first — most disputes end there. Governing law and courts: Not published yet — the venue is confirming its jurisdiction
